Writer of the Month
Task Force 23: Typhon: Will
He plays Alia, the Chief Security Officer. The pirates got through the shields and now she's trying to capture a group who beamed into a wedding boutique—without destroying any of the dresses and ruining the "big day" for several brides.
Area 51: Wolff: Lt Wells (Marilyn)
Having a good understanding of science is key to being a science officer and Marilyn certainly has that (or is convincing enough) her content around the science of our current mission is well written and ads a good sense of realism to the story
Player of the Month
Task Force 23: Resolution: Mieke
She came on and began writing. As she did, the contributions escalated, storylines grew and more players joined in.
Area 51: Myogi: Ben.
He plays our Chief Science Officer, Connor Talmage. In addition to me considering him to be my "simming brother," he has also kept multiple players engaged with a holonovel post.
Post of the Month
Task Force 23: Aurora: "Soon To Be Parents" (https://aurora.sim-station.net/index.php/sim/viewpost/170)
Area 51: Standing Bear: "With Bated Breath" (https://standing.split-world.com/index.php/sim/viewpost/971) The USS Standing Bear crosses into a mirror universe and encounters the version of Soral that had taken Lieutenant Kingsley. Terms and negotiations begin under a tense situation.

2022 Quarterly Awards
Task Force 23
Sim of the Quarter: Bellwether
Bellwether is a small relay station in the middle of nowhere that gets more than its share of oddities. The players are a diverse group that work well together.
CO of the Quarter: Cavalier: Voz
The CO has done a good job of putting together this "Cadet Cruise Gone Wrong" scenario. So far, the writing has been solid and it looks to have a good run ahead of it—thanks to the CO.
XO of the Quarter: Resolution: Mieke
The XO came onto the sim during the quarter and has not only jumped in to help with the new mission, she's also gotten a lot of others writing as well.
Writer of the Quarter: Cavalier: Voz, Ray, & Charlene
These three jumped into the new sim and new mission with gusto. The chemistry is good, as is the writing. They have fun with their characters, and it shows.
Player of the Quarter: Resolution: Mieke
The player is one of the reasons the sim is doing as well as it is. She's jumped into posting and is eager to get everyone involved.
Area 51
Sim of the Quarter: Myogi
Since joining Theta Fleet, the sim has increased both posting and players. They have done a lot of story development as a group and look like they're having fun.
CO of the Quarter: Artemis: Clinton
Like the Cavalier, the CO has a different twist on a Star Trek sim, focusing on SAR. It's got some good writing and activity, thanks to the world the CO creates.
XO of the Quarter: Standing Bear: Linsey
With both the CO and XO busy of late, the 2Xo has taken over the role of XO and done an excellent job of keeping things moving along.
Writer of the Quarter: Wolff: Marilyn
Science can be tricky, if you don't know science, or technobabble. Marilyn is excellent with both and has carried the weight of the current mission.
Player of the Quarter: Artemis: Berzerker
Berzerker does an excellent job with character development and with getting involved with the mission. He is a definite asset to the Artemis.
