Calypso: The CO is actively trying to move things along and get them posted. She's tagging with both her PC and NPCs, giving input for other players, and keeping things moving so there's something to do.

Area 51:

Tokyo: Today I nominate the crew of the Tokyo for the fantastic effort they have put in to this mission. We also broke our own record for mission posts, and we're not finished yet.
